This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement social media content and campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other pertinent platforms.
• Ensure a uniform brand voice and visual representation.
• Generate unique posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, graphics, captions, and marketing materials.
• Edit podcast episodes, interviews, educational content, promotional videos, reels, and YouTube material.
• Select impactful clips and transform long-form content into engaging short-form segments.
• Create and oversee social media campaigns that support authors, books, launches, promotions, reviews, interviews, and publishing-related projects.
• Develop content tailored to audiences in psychology practices and professional or educational brands.
• Convert podcasts, videos, articles, books, interviews, and other long-form resources into social posts, reels, YouTube snippets, quotes, carousels, and promotional materials.
• Keep organized content libraries, media assets, calendars, and campaign materials using Google Drive.
• Schedule and consistently publish content.
• Monitor comments, messages, audience interactions, and content effectiveness.
• Recognize trends and suggest enhancements to boost reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
• Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a comparable role managing various brands, industries, or client accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram and YouTube.
• Extensive hands-on experience with podcast and video editing.
• Background in creating short-form content and repurposing existing material.
• Experience in producing social-media-ready video assets.
• Proficient with Canva and Google Drive.
• Capability to independently produce polished graphics, captions, reels, thumbnails, and other digital content.
• Experience across diverse industries.
• Preferred experience in publishing, book promotion, psychology, mental health, professional services, education, or similarly content-driven fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, creative judgment, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt content for various audiences and brand standards.
