This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily social media activities for various CMH-owned brands across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others as needed.
• Create and maintain content calendars for several companies and locations.
• Generate, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
• Uphold unique brand voices and visual identities while adhering to CMH marketing guidelines.
• Interact with followers and address comments, messages, tags, and other engagements.
• Recognize customer service issues and escalate them as necessary.
• Collaborate with local managers and representatives to gather photos, promotions, community updates, employee highlights, and service-related content.
• Discover seasonal topics, local events, social trends, and content opportunities.
• Utilize Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, Ads Manager, and related tools for account management, publishing, engagement, and reporting.
• Manage account access, business information, naming conventions, and overall organization.
• Monitor audience growth, engagement, reach, website traffic, and other performance metrics.
• Provide analyses and recommendations to enhance social media effectiveness.
• Assist in paid media efforts by crafting and modifying graphics for Meta advertising campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with marketing staff, website developers, vendors, and local brand representatives.
• Design logos and brand identity materials.
• Create direct mail pieces, postcards, flyers, brochures, leave-behinds, business cards, promotional materials, and print collateral.
• Produce graphics for social media, advertisements, promotional images, infographics, templates, and campaign creative.
• Develop website banners, icons, service graphics, and other online assets.
• Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital usage.
• Work with vector and raster file formats and supply editable source files.
• Resize and tailor creative for various brands, platforms, placements, and screen sizes.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, imagery, logo usage, and visual identity.
• Organize creative files and approved assets systematically.
• Coordinate with paid media, SEO, content, and web development teams.
• Manage revisions while adhering to deadlines.
• Report directly to the Director of Marketing.
• Current Meta certification is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, Ads Manager, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Proven experience managing multiple client, company, or location-based social media accounts concurrently.
• Strong account management skills across numerous brands.
• Advanced graphic design and visual communication capabilities.
• A professional portfolio showcasing logos, social media graphics, direct mail pieces, brochures, website assets, and other marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, composition, color theory, image preparation, and print production requirements.
• Experience in developing social media strategies, content calendars, platform-specific creative, and performance analysis.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Capability to manage diverse brand identities, geographic markets, audiences, and service offerings.
• Outstanding organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle high volumes of concurrent requests effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight.
• Willingness to communicate proactively about issues, delays, resource requirements, and opportunities.
• Reliable full-time availability during standard Eastern Time business hours.
• Ability to attend meetings, respond to requests, and collaborate throughout the East Coast working hours.
• Must be a U.S. resident living within the United States.
