📋 Description

• Develop captivating photo, video, and short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and others.

• Strategize and oversee social media content calendars for Rove Concepts and Rove Next.

• Record, edit, and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories, and various short-form content.

• Craft engaging captions and social media copy that resonate with each brand's voice.

• Spot emerging trends, sounds, and content opportunities to enhance engagement and reach.

• Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce teams on campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

• Support influencer partnerships, user-generated content projects, and community engagement efforts.

• Analyze content performance and offer insights to boost engagement and audience growth.

• Ensure a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all social media channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in creating social media content for an e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brand.

• A robust portfolio that highlights social media content, photography, videography, and editing expertise.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other similar creative software.

• A solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and other prominent social platforms.

• Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking abilities.

• Highly organized, with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with AI content creation tools is a plus.
