Social Media, Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create, edit, and produce short-form videos and static graphics using CapCut and Canva from raw footage captured at job sites.

• Develop and keep a dynamic content calendar updated.

• Implement marketing campaigns triggered by real-time weather conditions.

• Oversee community interaction through direct messages and comments.

• Manage client documentation and monitor leads that have not been contacted in Jobber CRM.

• Ensure the integrity of CRM data is maintained.

• Coordinate operational details including Certificates of Insurance.

• Utilize existing company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Observe the business owner's workload and prioritize urgent tasks accordingly.

• Foster accountability regarding approvals and outstanding deliverables.

• Concentrate on creative content creation, backend processes, and operational priorities for a Florida-based home services provider.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in LATAM or South Africa.

• 2–3+ years of demonstrated experience in social media management, short-form video editing, or digital executive assistance.

• Advanced skills in Canva and CapCut (or equivalent professional-grade software).

• A portfolio showcasing previous video/design work is required.

• Fluent in English with an accent-neutral pronunciation (C1 level).

• Strong understanding of American consumer culture, idiomatic expressions, and service market dynamics.

• Assertive, confident, and proactive work approach.

• Capability to manage upward and independently resolve issues without micromanagement.

• Previous experience in supporting U.S.-based home services, construction, or blue-collar trades is preferred.

• Familiarity with Jobber CRM or similar field service software is advantageous.

• Native or professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Resume and an English audio recording must be submitted.

• A publicly accessible Loom video in English is required.

• An internet speed test screenshot must be uploaded.
