📋 Description

• Create, design, and distribute platform-specific content such as memes, humorous posts, graphics, text threads, and short-form video ideas.

• Keep an eye on online trends 24/7, producing reactive content within moments of significant cultural events, gaming trends, or viral memes.

• Assist in establishing and implementing a unique, authentic, and community-focused brand voice.

• Interact with creators, competitors, and community members in prominent discussions.

• Generate and implement engaging video hooks for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels using CapCut, native tools, or design collaborations.

• Work alongside Product, Growth, and Influencer teams to transform announcements, feature launches, and creator partnerships into captivating social events.

• Chronically Online: You spend an excessive amount of time on X, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, and Discord, effortlessly identifying trends before they reach their peak.

• Elite Internet Copywriting: You possess the ability to craft compelling copy that captures attention, fits the specific platform's layout, and evades the user's "this is an ad" filter.

• The "Creator" Instinct: Proven track record of managing highly engaging social media accounts, whether for a disruptive brand, a digital creator, an online community, or your own personal growth project.

• Speed over Perfection: You can bring ideas to life in minutes, understanding that a timely posted good meme is far more valuable than a perfect meme submitted weeks later.
