Social Media Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and authenticate social media profiles

• Assess content from various social media platforms

• Conduct Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and thorough internet research

• Efficiently evaluate gathered information

• Aid in confirming or refuting assertions made in legal cases or insurance claims

• Utilize social media to uncover pertinent details

• Carry out social media investigations, open source inquiries, and possibly assist in the legal discovery process

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Criminal Justice, Psychology, Communications, etc.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience is preferred

• An associate’s degree along with at least 3 years of applicable work experience may be accepted in place of a bachelor’s degree

• Possession of a current private investigator’s license and/or certifications in Social Media/Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) may be considered as an alternative to the degree requirement

• Proficient with technology and a frequent user of various social media platforms

• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
