This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Strategize, create, and manage social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
β’ Develop both static and animated visual assets, including social media graphics, email headers, landing page visuals, and advertising creatives.
β’ Edit short videos ranging from 30 to 60 seconds, incorporating captions and basic motion graphics.
β’ Consistently uphold and implement brand guidelines for Local Hosting UK and its clients.
β’ Track and report on engagement metrics, reach, and follower growth on a monthly basis.
β’ Oversee online community interactions by responding to comments and direct messages within specified hours.
β’ Forward support issues to the relevant support team as needed.
β’ Create and schedule visual content for both Local Hosting UK and client accounts.
β’ Plan and schedule a full month of content in advance.
β’ Design reusable Canva templates for regular posts.
β’ Ensure delivery of client social media work according to briefs without the need for redesign rounds.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and design.
β’ Experience in an agency or multi-brand setting is preferred.
β’ Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including at least Photoshop and Illustrator.
β’ Familiarity with Figma; capable of working from an established design system.
β’ Experience in video editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
β’ Knowledge of social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or Metricool, or similar platforms.
β’ A portfolio showcasing brand-consistent work across various clients or brands.
β’ Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
β’ Experience with motion graphics or Lottie animations is advantageous.
β’ Experience with Elementor or WordPress page-building is desirable.
β’ Experience designing for B2B or technology brands is a bonus.
β’ Must be available to work during UK business hours.
β’ Attendance at mandatory daily stand-up meetings, lasting approximately 20-30 minutes via Slack, is required.
β’ Camera must remain on during meetings with colleagues, clients, and management.
β’ A stable, high-speed internet connection is required.
β’ Professional appearance is expected during video meetings.
β’ Avoid AI-generated content and prioritize authentic, human-created communication and work.
β’ Ability to effectively collaborate with other virtual assistants and team members.
β’ Part-time schedule of 10 hours per week.
