Social Listening Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate brand health, industry trends, competitive landscape, and campaign effectiveness utilizing social listening tools.

• Develop and enhance intricate Boolean queries to extract significant data.

• Analyze and report on social media metrics across various platforms including Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

• Generate and deliver data-informed reports and insights that guide marketing, product, and strategy teams.

• Offer strategic recommendations based on current consumer sentiment and social media trends.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of country-specific target markets and cultural subtleties.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Social Listening Expert, Social Media Analyst, Strategist, or Consumer Insights Analyst.

• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and user engagement on each.

• Demonstrated experience with analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Digimind, Sysomos, or similar.

• Capability to write and refine Boolean queries for comprehensive insights.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Profound understanding of regional and cultural dynamics in social media behavior.

• Native proficiency in the Dutch language (essential).

• Professional proficiency in English (essential).

• A Bachelor's Degree question included as a required application question.
