Cost Optimization Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Utilize Excel to assess data, detect inconsistencies, and uncover opportunities for cost savings.

• Assist with cost monitoring, reporting, and documentation tasks.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of processes for auditing and reconciliation.

• Aid in project management by organizing tasks, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining focus.

• Collaborate with various teams to collect information, guarantee accuracy, and resolve issues.

• Generate reports and dashboards to present findings to leadership.

• Engage in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as required.

• Assume additional roles and projects to promote the success of the team and the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis).

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, financial, operations, or business support capacity.

• A keen interest in process enhancement and project management; prior experience is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is paramount.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• A curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
