This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and consistently enhance Argano’s long-term analyst relations strategy.
• Analyze the analyst landscape across various publisher practices, offerings, and key verticals.
• Advise on and manage relationships with analyst firms, including subscriptions, budgets, renewals, and inquiry utilization.
• Establish and report on key performance indicators for analyst relations.
• Oversee the schedule for Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes, PEAK Matrix assessments, Horizons reports, Provider Lens studies, and other evaluations.
• Coordinate RFIs and submissions, managing cross-functional teams, work plans, data verification, customer references, narratives, and delivery processes.
• Prepare and mentor executives and practice leaders for evaluation demonstrations and briefings.
• Conduct proactive analyst briefings and inquiry initiatives.
• Create executive briefing documents and facilitate analyst involvement in events and thought-leadership initiatives.
• Monitor interactions, commitments, and outcomes using an analyst relations tracking system.
• Review and disseminate analyst research, transforming insights into strategic positioning, offering development, competitive strategy, and go-to-market planning.
• Formulate the annual plan, quarterly executive reviews, calendars, and reporting dashboards.
• Oversee the analyst relations budget, agency or contractor assistance, and contracts with analyst firms.
• Ensure adherence to analyst firm and Argano brand guidelines and communication policies.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in analyst relations or a closely related field, including public relations, product marketing, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record of managing analyst programs and evaluations.
• Direct experience working with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest Group, HFS, ISG, or similar firms.
• Experience overseeing the entire process of submissions for Magic Quadrant, Wave, PEAK Matrix, or comparable evaluations.
• Strong comprehension of the technology and professional services sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills suited for executive engagement.
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities.
• Demonstrated project management skills across multiple, deadline-driven, cross-functional workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in establishing processes within a growing organization.
• Option for remote work within the United States.
• Approximately 20% travel for analyst summits, executive briefings, and Argano events.
