This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design eye-catching property-focused social media posts utilizing AI tools and Canva.
• Produce video social media content for clients through our proprietary internal platform.
• Evaluate and ensure the quality of social media content, captions, posts, and settings within the client dashboard.
• Conduct audits of the social application across client accounts to identify issues and confirm that content is displayed and connected correctly.
• Investigate, assess, and resolve social connection and posting errors in the dashboard.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team regarding client needs, inquiries, content updates, and any identified issues.
• Oversee tasks across multiple client accounts while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
• Availability for 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Dependable availability during weekday business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Proficient in AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT.
• Strong skills in Canva with a knack for creating visually appealing, brand-consistent social content.
• Exceptional written English skills, including grammar, spelling, tone, and caption composition.
• Experience in creating or reviewing social media content.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a consistent, recurring workload.
• Comfortable learning and navigating internal software platforms.
• Clear and professional communication style with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Reliable availability on Slack during scheduled working hours.
