This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and uphold captivating, informative, and on-brand retail sales training materials.
• Create training resources for new hires, knowledge articles, SharePoint sites, and internal communication content.
• Consistently assess and refresh training materials for campaigns, system improvements, sales strategies, best practices, and regulatory updates.
• Ensure accessibility of training resources through the LMS, SharePoint, and other relevant channels.
• Partner with internal communication specialists to enhance announcements with job aids, images, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with training and marketing subject matter experts to gather content requirements and confirm message accuracy.
• Conduct routine reviews and quality assessments for precision, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Collect feedback from trainers and colleagues, integrating enhancements into training programs and materials.
• Assist the Regional Sales Training Team, Salesforce Consultants, and Elevate Coaching Program.
• Work together with Marketing, Operations, Reverse Mortgage, and Joint Venture teams.
• Operate independently under general supervision and may provide mentorship or guidance to less experienced professional contributors.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Communications, Marketing, Education, Instructional Design) or equivalent experience is required.
• At least three years of total work experience in roles involving the processing of mortgage foreclosure-related documents and timelines.
• A minimum of two years' experience in the mortgage sector.
• A minimum of three years' experience in content creation or a training/education-related position.
• Demonstrated experience in content development and instructional design, preferably within the mortgage or financial services sector.
• Strong abilities in writing, editing, and visual design.
• Experience with video editing and ADA compliance is preferred.
• Proficient in content authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia software.
• Required proficiency in data entry, PDF software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Highly organized and meticulous; capable of thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications.
• Ability to swiftly learn new tasks, retain processes, maintain focus, independently complete tasks, and make timely decisions.
• Capable of adhering to process protocols and applying established protocols promptly.
• Must be available to work primarily Monday through Friday during the business week.
• Willingness to travel 20–50% of the time.
• Work is mainly sedentary with frequent usage of a computer keyboard and mouse.
