This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the content strategy for AutoVitals along with the editorial calendar.
• Develop a segmented content library categorized by shop size, shop type, and buyer role.
• Create content journeys that guide readers towards engaging in sales discussions.
• Write, edit, produce, and publish articles, guides, website copy, emails, video scripts, and materials supporting products.
• Review, retire, and reconstruct existing content.
• Produce customer stories and case studies.
• Generate SEO content utilizing keyword targeting, on-page optimization, content structure, and internal linking.
• Manage ongoing content updates for the AutoVitals website and develop new pages.
• Monitor and report on rankings, traffic, engagement depth, and the conversion of qualified leads.
• Transform product marketing positioning into relevant content and materials that promote feature adoption.
• Write demand-generation copy for advertisements, landing pages, email sequences, webinars, and events.
• Collect materials from sales, training, and shop success teams.
• Establish voice, quality, briefing, and acceptance standards in collaboration with the brand and external contributors.
• Develop repeatable content processes and an operational rhythm across product marketing, demand generation, and branding.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture content marketers.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology organization.
• Proven ability to conduct market discovery through customer, prospect, and win/loss interviews, translating insights into validated market problems, buyer personas, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in managing or developing product marketers while establishing processes, standards, and playbooks for the function, beyond just executing the tasks.
• A history of overseeing product launches from start to finish, including positioning, sales readiness, and results assessment.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical products for various organizational levels.
• Experience in building competitive intelligence from the ground up, including research, battlecards, and win/loss analyses.
• Skilled in segmenting markets and crafting differentiated messaging tailored to each segment and buyer role.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with sales representatives, participating in calls, and developing practical tools for their use.
• Data literate, able to link messaging and launch efforts to pipeline and bookings.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, capable of building processes from scratch where definitions are still evolving.
• Pragmatic Marketing or Product Marketing Alliance certification is a plus.
• Experience marketing a multi-product platform is an advantage.
• Familiarity with marketing to small and medium-sized businesses, especially in the automotive, home services, or similar sectors is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot is a bonus.
• Background or understanding of the automotive repair industry is an advantage.
