SMM Mentor – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Familiarization with content—both theoretical and practical tasks—along with potential improvements to the materials.

• Review of students' homework for the course.

• Responding to student inquiries in chat and during video calls.

• Conducting mock technical interviews for students.

• Suggesting ideas for enhancing the learning process.

• Optionally—interviewing new mentors and assisting with their onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an SMM manager, with the ability to showcase successful case studies in a portfolio.

• Proficient use of Instagram and TikTok.

• Willingness to work with Facebook and LinkedIn if necessary.

• Access to quality video and photo content (Reels, TikTok) that resonates with the audience.

• Knowledge of performance analysis and effectiveness metrics.

• A desire to help people solve problems.

• Ability to effectively plan time and independently organize one’s own schedule.

• Experience or understanding of working with InShot, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro will be an advantage.

• Experience in mentoring, teaching others, or a desire to develop in this area will be a plus.
