This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Create and maintain custom functionality within Dynamics 365, which includes plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.

• Develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Engage in hands-on software development with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, and other related Microsoft technologies.

• Design and execute integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and various integration technologies.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.

• Assist in enterprise application modernization, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyze business and technical requirements to translate them into application designs and development solutions.

• Take part in architecture, design, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support tasks.

• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, project leadership, and Federal Government clients throughout the development lifecycle.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Troubleshoot complex application issues to enhance system performance, reliability, and usability.

• Adhere to software development, security, testing, documentation, and deployment standards.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, technical practices, and application capabilities.

• Communicate technical concepts, development progress, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software development.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong development expertise in C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.

• Experience in developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.

• Proven experience in integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and relevant integration models.

• Solid experience with SQL Server, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.

• Background in supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients.

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a government security screening and/or a Secret security clearance.
