This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain enterprise solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Configure custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and models for CRM security.

• Create CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, and implement custom business logic using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics CRM SDK.

• Construct and uphold Power Apps and Power Automate workflows aimed at automating business processes.

• Develop and improve custom applications utilizing .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and associated technologies.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems via REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and web services.

• Provide support for SQL Server database development, which includes stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries, and reporting.

• Assist with data migration, system modernization, and initiatives for application enhancement.

• Support automated notifications, workflow processes, and business logic triggered by system events.

• Diagnose application issues, support production systems, and implement improvements based on user and stakeholder feedback.

• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and status updates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Secret Clearance is required at the time of award.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience in developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Robust development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or comparable Microsoft technologies.

• Experience in developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.

• Proven experience in integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.

• Strong background in SQL Server, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.

• Experience in supporting initiatives for enterprise application modernization or enhancement.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development settings.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients.
