📋 Description

• Engage in a remote, individual video interview regarding the company's payroll and HR software solutions.

• Navigate through existing HR and payroll software processes.

• Elaborate on the features utilized for managing employee information and compensation.

• Contrast current tools with other platforms that have been assessed or previously utilized.

• Discuss challenges and workflow requirements in a small to medium-sized business (SMB) setting.

• Provide insights on usability, system integration, and market trends.

• Review overarching concepts and offer honest evaluations of competitor platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an active HR professional, payroll manager, or operations leader within an SMB.

• Hands-on experience with or administration of contemporary payroll and HR platforms is necessary.

• Knowledge of the competitive landscape surrounding HR software is essential.

• Should be comfortable discussing administrative workflows and the utilization of software features.

• Direct experience in evaluating, implementing, or extensively using business HR software suites is required.

• Employment must be within a small to medium-sized business.

• Participation in a remote, one-on-one video interview is mandatory.
