This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage payroll processing for biweekly hourly employees across various states.
• Conduct audits on payroll to identify discrepancies and errors, making corrections as necessary.
• Confirm accuracy of time entries, pay rates, and benefit deductions.
• Calculate and enter garnishments manually.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to employees, with bank files uploaded promptly and payroll audited without errors.
• Validate notices of changes related to direct deposits.
• Update direct deposit information and issue pay cards upon request.
• Liaise with local offices regarding employment verification, pay-related issues, and other payroll inquiries.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma.
• 0-1 year of prior payroll experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a background screening successfully.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Adhere to relevant legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Exhibit dependability in independent work.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Show proficiency in computer skills.
• Maintain essential skills and knowledge to manage workflow efficiently.
