This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

• Address general customer service inquiries through phone, chat, and email in Slovenian.

• Effectively resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Slovenian.

• Strong working knowledge of English.

• Must be either located in Bulgaria or willing to relocate there.
