This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Deliver tailored coaching, constructive feedback, and motivation to a group of adult learners.
β’ Develop personalized learning plans that integrate both on-the-job and off-the-job training.
β’ Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching sessions lasting a minimum of 30 minutes.
β’ Perform tripartite progress evaluations with learners and their line managers every 6β8 weeks.
β’ Create and present subject-specific learning materials, group workshops, and webinars.
β’ Monitor progress, establish SMART goals, and prepare learners for end-point assessments.
β’ Identify learners who may be at risk of falling behind or disengaging, and agree on customized interventions.
β’ Assist learners returning from breaks in their education and those encountering delays in completion.
β’ Ensure accurate learner records are maintained following each interaction.
β’ Oversee off-the-job learning requirements and meet quality and performance standards.
β’ Refer learners for functional skills support when necessary.
β’ Participate in standardization meetings and collaborate with curriculum team members.
β’ Engage with learners, line managers, and colleagues across curriculum and delivery to foster engagement, progress, and successful completions.
β’ Proven experience in delivering training, teaching, or structured learning in service design.
β’ Capability to support learners in applying their learning in real-world settings.
β’ Relevant qualification at Level 6 or higher in Service Design or a closely related discipline.
β’ In-depth theoretical and practical understanding of service design, including user-centered design, research and insights, journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.
β’ Proficient in planning individual learning, providing constructive feedback, tracking progress, and maintaining precise records while managing a caseload of learners.
β’ Minimum of GCSE grades A*βC in English and Mathematics, or grades 9β4 under the current grading framework.
β’ Experience in delivering the Service Designer Level 6 apprenticeship is desirable.
β’ Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of leadership principles is desirable.
β’ Experienced in coaching or mentoring senior management professionals is desirable.
β’ Teaching qualification, relevant professional body membership, or qualifications in learning, assessment, or internal verification are desirable.
β’ Right to work and successful completion of pre-employment checks, including references and DBS checks where applicable.
