Skills and Development Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide support to a caseload of Level 3, 4, and 7 accountancy apprentices who are employed by prominent practice and industry clients.

• Conduct regular review meetings with both learners and their line managers.

• Facilitate learner growth through apprenticeship programs utilizing the tailored e-portfolio system.

• Offer non-technical feedback on portfolio submissions.

• Track learner progress across the knowledge, skills, and behaviors defined by apprenticeship standards.

• Assist apprentices until they reach their End Point Assessment.

• Maintain accurate records and relevant trackers.

• Expand expertise in additional areas while actively contributing to the team and broader network.

• Strong communicator equipped with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Professional and confident demeanor, as you will represent the brand to both clients and apprentices.

• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to manage your own workload effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Outlook.

• Background or knowledge in accountancy (desired).

• Experience with apprenticeships (desired).

• Successful candidates will need to complete a DBS check; some positions require an Enhanced check.

• Dedication to safeguarding and protecting young individuals and vulnerable adults.

• Compliance with the Safeguarding and Prevent Policy.
