Site Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Manage daily operations at commercial construction sites.

• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, laborers, and other construction staff.

• Assess work progress and quality through regular inspections.

• Ensure compliance with Re-Image brand standards and client satisfaction.

• Enforce safety regulations, protocols, and company policies.

• Maintain daily reports, work logs, incident reports, and other project documentation.

• Serve as a liaison with project managers, clients, subcontractors, building officials, and other stakeholders.

• Address construction delays, conflicts, and technical challenges.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with regulations.

• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar position within commercial construction projects.

• Strong capability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Experience with constructability analysis.

• High sense of urgency and adaptability to manage fast-paced project timelines.

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.

• Strong leadership and management abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic working environment.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with construction management software like Procore.

• Must possess a valid passport.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 90% of the time.

• Ability to work in a construction environment with loud noises.

• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment.

• Capable of remaining standing for extended periods.

• Able to lift and carry objects weighing over 35 lbs.

• Flexibility to work overnight when project needs require.
