This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete sales process for services aimed at new clinical research site clients.
• Discover potential clients through proactive phone calls and email outreach.
• Assess and qualify incoming leads.
• Educate prospective clients about site services through engaging presentations.
• Create, oversee, tailor, and present proposals and contracts for site service offerings.
• Achieve or surpass targets for signed contracts with clinical research organizations.
• Organize and track company outreach and daily tasks using Salesforce.
• Conduct strategy meetings with internal team members regarding potential new site clients.
• Guide the education and transition of newly signed clients to the relevant operations department.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and precise communication to both potential and current clients.
• Maintain real-time updates in Salesforce for tasks, leads, and opportunities, ensuring complete notes and dates.
• Participate in conferences focused on clinical research institutions.
• Mentor new team members in site sales, data entry, and organizational skills.
• Assist in the timely completion of internal deliverables based on project schedules.
• Help create and revise internal guidance documents.
• Undertake other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of professional experience in sales, relationship management, and/or business development.
• Experience in the clinical research industry is highly desirable.
• Capability to achieve individual objectives while collaborating within a team environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills in negotiation and influence.
• Ability to handle multi-channel sales activities in a fast-paced and ever-changing organization.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and timely in follow-up actions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in building and sustaining professional relationships.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with the clinical research sector and related services/products is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), CRM software like Salesforce, and database tools.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends as required.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Capability to work at a desk using a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to communicate via email, phone, chat, webcam, MS Teams, or Zoom.
• Ability to stand, walk, grasp objects, and perform fine motor tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
