📋 Description

• Collaborate with Phare Flow leadership and product teams to prioritize strategic projects

• Oversee quarterly objectives and key results

• Maintain a unified roadmap that reflects priorities, progress, and team capacity

• Facilitate cross-functional coordination among product, engineering, product operations, operations, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing teams

• Tackle challenges, escalate potential risks, and align stakeholders towards shared outcomes

• Organize recurring and ad hoc leadership meetings

• Create forum content, prepare speakers, lead discussions, and develop polished presentations

• Convert complex technical ideas into engaging business narratives

• Centralize the management of product backlogs, enhancement requests, business and product requirements, releases, demonstrations, and stakeholder communications

• Acquire a working knowledge of Phare Flow, Phare OS, and healthcare revenue cycle processes

• Guide strategic decisions, highlight client and operational needs, support go-to-market efforts, and help eliminate barriers to adoption

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Over 3 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare, or technology

• Proven track record in leading complex cross-functional initiatives

• Outstanding communication skills for transforming intricate technical and business concepts into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design

• Keen attention to detail

• Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and persuasive skills

• Robust analytical, organizational, and project management abilities

• Capacity to prioritize competing initiatives, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and achieve results in a dynamic environment
