This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and shape enterprise pricing strategies, long-term pricing roadmaps, and strategic recommendations for price increases.
• Oversee analyses related to pricing, elasticity, competitive landscape, retailer economics, and consumer value.
• Convert intricate data into concise, executive-ready recommendations.
• Design and direct pricing tests, Price Pack Architecture experiments, scenario analyses, and learning agendas.
• Establish the strategic roles of products, packages, formats, and price points throughout the portfolio.
• Discover portfolio whitespace, optimize assortments, and identify mix and future pack opportunities.
• Formulate pricing, packaging, channel, and commercialization strategies for innovation as part of the Stage-Gate process.
• Evaluate retailer margin structures and channel economics across various sectors including Grocery, Mass, Club, Natural, Convenience, Foodservice, eCommerce, and Emerging Channels.
• Create pricing governance and oversee the implementation of everyday pricing, allowances, and off-invoice investments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and the Trade Promotion Manager.
• Develop scalable RGM tools, frameworks, and decision-making capabilities.
• Report directly to the Director of Revenue & Growth Management.
• Provide recommendations that support pricing strategies, portfolio strategy, innovation commercialization, retailer economics, and consumer value.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Strategic Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Portfolio Strategy, Category Management, Commercial Strategy, or Commercial Finance, ideally in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
• Proven experience in crafting pricing strategies and recommendations, including strategic price increases, Price Pack Architecture, consumer value ladders, and retailer/channel economics.
• Expertise in leading analytical efforts, testing, scenario modeling, and developing business cases that turn complex data into actionable commercial insights.
• Background in supporting innovation commercialization via Stage-Gate or similar new product development frameworks, with a focus on incrementality, cannibalization, assortment, and portfolio decisions.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Circana, NIQ, and other commercial analytics tools is preferred.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities.
• Capability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority.
• Ability to balance analytical rigor with practical business judgment in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
