Site Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Create and manage schedules along with integrated master schedules.

• Develop, track, and revise resource-loaded schedules.

• Conduct resource and critical path analysis, and compile reports.

• Execute CPM schedule development and analysis utilizing Primavera P6.

• Craft schedule presentations using Primavera P6.

• Produce reports and update project schedules in response to scope changes on a weekly basis or as necessary.

• Review and confirm project scheduling details with the project team.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with project team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the core responsibilities using Primavera P6.

• Advanced skills or certification in Primavera P6 is mandatory.

• Ability to monitor costs and the status of schedules for assigned tasks.

• Must effectively interact with customer representatives.

• Willingness to travel as required.
