Site Reliability Engineer – SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Continuously oversee application environments to ensure optimal availability, performance, and swift identification of production incidents.

• Evaluate current architecture and infrastructure, pinpointing areas for enhancing reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Spearhead and assist in cloud migration initiatives (GCP), implementing best practices for security, automation, and cost management.

• Operate within the banking and financial services industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing best practices to guarantee scalability, security, and performance of cloud environments.

• Proficiency in .NET programming, with an emphasis on automating operational tasks.

• Hands-on application of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.

• Experience in automation, effective monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.

• Ability to comprehend and integrate business rules into systems and pipelines.

• Relevant cloud certifications, such as Google Cloud Professional (preferred).

• Background in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and alignment with DevOps practices (preferred).

• Competence with advanced monitoring and observability tools (preferred).
