Site Reliability Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct the initial evaluation of incidents by collecting essential information and assessing their severity, context, and business implications.

• Thoroughly document incidents and interactions, detailing issues, solutions, and follow-up actions.

• Keep users updated on the progress of ongoing incidents.

• Address immediate concerns and escalate incidents to specialized teams as needed.

• Maintain and document incident management activities across different portals and systems.

• Support operational stability and ensure the continuity of 24/7 IT operations at scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in administering Windows and Linux server operating systems.

• Understanding of networking principles.

• Familiarity with virtualization platforms.

• Experience in configuring observability platforms.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

• Exposure to cloud environments.

• Capability and maturity to work independently in a 24/7 operational environment.
