
Site Payments Associate II – Reconciliation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Carry out reconciliations in line with contractual obligations, national regulations, and established procedures.
• Gather information from various sources regarding completed patient activities, contracted milestones, and processed payments.
• Organize and execute bi-annual reconciliations.
• Arrange and conduct final reconciliations while clearing site-related payments and accruals.
• Address and resolve issues and discrepancies related to payments.
• Oversee funds, investigator payments, and project finances with a focus on financial stewardship.
• Develop and maintain relationships with study sites and study teams.
• Assist PPD clinical research services’ key projects within the Global Clinical Development group.
• High school diploma or equivalent along with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications.
• Prior experience equivalent to a minimum of 2 years.
• An equivalent combination of suitable education, training, and/or directly related experience may be accepted.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Adaptability to reorder priorities based on changing project requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Preferred experience with CTMS, EDC, or financial systems.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Skill in extracting information from protocols, contracts, budgets, and other study documentation while performing data entry.
• Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices, country regulatory standards, and/or applicable tax laws.
• Ability to assess project-specific data/systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Capacity to work under pressure with high levels of concentration.
• Ability to consistently multitask.
