Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of assigned projects

• Manage various subcontractors

• Ensure that all necessary materials are delivered to the customer's location

• Daily organization of personnel, materials, and other resources on-site

• Generate and provide periodic quality and status reports related to the project

• Address any issues that arise on-site

• Supervise labor at the project location

• Coordinate project materials and adhere to plans and specifications for the installation of automated equipment at the job site

• Liaise with the project manager regarding the need for additional workers and to communicate any important updates or site-related issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in mechanical and electrical concepts

• Capable of reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical blueprints and diagrams

• Ability to lead a diverse group of workers across various levels

• Willingness to travel predominantly domestically and to Canada for work, 100% of the time

• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

• Responsible, results-driven, trustworthy, and able to meet project goals on time, safely, and with integrity

• Strong communication skills
