Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee all on-site operations for medium to large-scale projects throughout the start-up, construction, erection, commissioning, and maintenance phases.

• Ensure the cost-effective delivery of project outputs in alignment with contract specifications, quality benchmarks, timelines, and safety protocols.

• Guarantee adherence to relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual obligations.

• Manage on-site start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Ensure that site activities adhere to the schedule and regularly review progress reports.

• Facilitate the timely transfer of work areas from the customer.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers, authorities, suppliers, and other local entities in the role of project representative.

• Finalize punch lists, hand over installed equipment, complete as-built documentation, reconcile materials, and oversee site demobilization.

• Obtain final certification from the customer.

• A bachelor's degree along with over 5 years of pertinent experience is necessary.

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is required.

• Capability to thrive in both engineering and service settings.

• A degree in engineering is preferred.

• Experience in the mining sector is preferred.
