Site Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Aid in site management tasks, which include preparing documentation, entering data, and monitoring site performance metrics.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and resolve site-related challenges.

• Maintain precise records of site activities and assist in the compilation of monitoring reports.

• Engage in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills in clinical trial management.

• Deliver high-quality clinical research output while closely collaborating with the team and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.

• Some experience in clinical research, site management, or similar administrative roles is preferred but not necessary.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to effectively handle multiple tasks.

• Basic understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is advantageous.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work harmoniously within a team setting.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
