Site Lead – Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding and activation of clinics onto digital healthcare platforms.

• Collaborate with clinics, hospital personnel, physicians, health authorities, government representatives, vendors, and internal project teams.

• Administer project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.

• Conduct project meetings.

• Keep project documentation up to date.

• Deliver progress reports to leadership.

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

• Assist in the execution of multiple delivery projects, including site deployments, activations, and new service rollouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in healthcare.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience in delivering digital solutions to healthcare facilities.

• Strong skills in project management and leadership.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.

• Experience working with clinics, hospitals, physicians, health authorities, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ability to effectively manage project plans, timelines, scope, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

• Experience in leading site onboarding, deployments, activations, or implementations.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities.

• PMP certification is considered an asset.

• Familiarity with BC Health Authorities, EMR/CIS systems, or OceanMD is advantageous.
