Site Contracts Negotiator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the negotiation and execution of clinical trial agreements and budgets for various studies independently.

• Negotiate site contracts and budgets with investigator sites following established parameters and playbooks.

• Review and modify contract language to meet sponsor requirements, comply with local laws, and incorporate site feedback.

• Oversee a portfolio of contracts, track cycle times, and proactively tackle obstacles to execution.

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to address contractual inquiries and ensure alignment.

• Keep precise records of negotiations, approvals, and executed agreements in the appropriate systems.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in contract templates, processes, and guidelines.

• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Relevant experience in site contracting, contract administration, or similar roles within a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or healthcare sector.

• Solid understanding of clinical trial agreements and principles of budget negotiation.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple contracts and timelines with a keen attention to detail and quality.

• Proficient in English (mandatory).

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based.
