Site Contracts Negotiator

📋 Description

• Take charge of negotiating and executing clinical trial agreements and budgets for various studies independently.

• Facilitate efficient and compliant study initiation by collaborating closely with sites and internal stakeholders.

• Negotiate site contracts and budgets with investigator sites within established parameters and guidelines.

• Review and modify contract language to align with sponsor requirements, local regulations, and feedback from sites.

• Oversee a portfolio of contracts, track cycle times, and proactively address obstacles to execution.

• Work together with legal, finance, and project teams to resolve contractual inquiries and ensure alignment.

• Maintain thorough records of negotiations, approvals, and executed agreements in relevant systems.

• Assist in the continuous enhancement of contract templates, processes, and guidance.

• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues as appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Relevant experience in site contracting, contracts administration, or similar positions within CRO, pharma, or healthcare.

• A solid understanding of clinical trial agreements and principles of budget negotiation.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple contracts and timelines with a focus on detail and quality.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
