This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +5 more countries.
β’ Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and their amendments.
β’ Review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and various client contracts.
β’ Collaborate with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
β’ Provide updates to study team members regarding the status of contract negotiation and execution.
β’ Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.
β’ Assist in the maintenance and archiving of contract files and databases.
β’ Aid in the design and implementation of processes for timely contract execution.
β’ Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
β’ Work alongside Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables align with study timelines.
β’ Execute other assigned tasks.
β’ A graduate, postgraduate, or a four-year college degree.
β’ Experience in a CRO or healthcare environment.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.
β’ Proven experience in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office software and other computer applications.
β’ Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
β’ Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion.
β’ Strong organizational and written communication skills.
β’ Competence in multitasking, prioritizing, and accurately executing time-sensitive matters.
β’ Sound business judgment and a proactive, independent approach to work.
β’ Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with developing Contracting Plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations.
