Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, amendment agreements, master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and various client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and executions.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage site contract metrics.

• Assist in the maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving.

• Help design and implement policies and procedures for timely contract execution.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective actions as necessary.

• Carry out other assigned tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate, postgraduate, or a 4-year college degree.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare field.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

• Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

• Proficiency in MS Office software and computer applications.

• Strong organizational skills and excellent written communication abilities.

• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to execute time-sensitive matters with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Competence in handling sensitive issues with discretion.

• Ability to cooperate in a virtual work environment.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or a related field.

• Preferred: Familiarity with establishing Contracting Plans and guidelines for CTA and budget negotiations.

• Preferred: Proven ability to manage relationships with study teams and/or CRAs/Start-up Associates/(S)BSCA.
