This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +5 more countries.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and various other client contracts.
• Collaborate with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
• Keep study team members informed about the status of contract negotiation and execution.
• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.
• Maintain contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.
• Assist in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for timely contract execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Work in collaboration with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables align with study timelines.
• Graduate or postgraduate with a 4-year college degree.
• Experience in a CRO or healthcare sector.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.
• Experience in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of developing Contracting Plans, including Guides for CTA and Budget negotiations, is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office software applications and computer programs.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent written communication abilities.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time-sensitive matters.
• Ability to address sensitive issues with discretion.
• Competence in working cooperatively with others in a virtual environment.
