This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.
β’ Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, clinical study agreements, amendments, and other client contracts.
β’ Collaborate with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
β’ Keep study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and execution.
β’ Establish, monitor, report, and manage site contract metrics.
β’ Assist in the maintenance and archiving of contract files and databases.
β’ Aid in the design and implementation of procedures for timely contract execution.
β’ Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective actions as necessary.
β’ Work closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables align with study timelines.
β’ Perform other assigned duties as required.
β’ Graduate or postgraduate degree from a 4-year college.
β’ Experience in a CRO or healthcare environment.
β’ Relevant background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
β’ Proven ability to lead interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
β’ Proficient in MS Office software and other computer applications.
β’ Knowledgeable in developing Contracting Plans - Guides for CTA and Budget negotiations.
β’ Successful in managing relationships with study teams and/or CRAs/Start-up Associates/(S)BSCA to meet study timelines.
β’ Strong organizational and written communication skills; capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Ability to manage time-sensitive matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
β’ Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
β’ Sound business judgment with a proactive and independent work ethic.
β’ Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
