Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, clinical study agreements, amendments, and other client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage site contract metrics.

• Assist in the maintenance and archiving of contract files and databases.

• Aid in the design and implementation of procedures for timely contract execution.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective actions as necessary.

• Work closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables align with study timelines.

• Perform other assigned duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree from a 4-year college.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare environment.

• Relevant background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Proven ability to lead interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

• Proficient in MS Office software and other computer applications.

• Knowledgeable in developing Contracting Plans - Guides for CTA and Budget negotiations.

• Successful in managing relationships with study teams and/or CRAs/Start-up Associates/(S)BSCA to meet study timelines.

• Strong organizational and written communication skills; capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage time-sensitive matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Sound business judgment with a proactive and independent work ethic.

• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.

• Competent in working cooperatively in a virtual environment.
