πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Evaluate, draft, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.

β€’ Collaborate with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables align with study timelines.

β€’ Review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, and various client contracts.

β€’ Work with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.

β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

β€’ Update study team members regarding the status of contract negotiation and execution.

β€’ Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

β€’ Maintain contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

β€’ Assist in the design and implementation of procedures for timely contract execution.

β€’ Identify process enhancements and take corrective measures.

β€’ Perform other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's or postgraduate degree from a four-year college.

β€’ Experience in a CRO or healthcare environment.

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

β€’ Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

β€’ Proficient in MS Office applications and computer software.

β€’ Excellent organizational and written communication skills.

β€’ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.

β€’ Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

β€’ Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.

β€’ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in law, a scientific field, business administration, or a related area.

β€’ Preferred: Familiarity with establishing Contracting Plans and Guides for CTA and Budget negotiations.

β€’ Preferred: Proven success in managing relationships with study teams and/or CRAs/Start-up Associates/(S)BSCA.
