πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Evaluate, formulate, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements, such as confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and their amendments.

β€’ Assess, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and various client contracts.

β€’ Collaborate with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual matters.

β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

β€’ Provide updates to study team members regarding the status of contract negotiations and execution.

β€’ Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

β€’ Aid in the maintenance and archiving of contract files and databases.

β€’ Assist in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate timely contract execution.

β€’ Identify opportunities for process enhancement and take corrective measures.

β€’ Execute other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or higher, including postgraduate qualifications.

β€’ Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or the healthcare sector.

β€’ Significant experience (minimum of 5 years) in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

β€’ Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

β€’ Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

β€’ Familiarity with developing Contracting Plans and guides for CTA and Budget negotiations.

β€’ Successful management of relationships with study teams and/or Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)/Start-up Associates/(S)BSCAs to meet study deadlines.

β€’ Strong organizational and written communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

β€’ Proficiency in MS Office software and other computer applications.

β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.

β€’ Capable of managing sensitive issues with discretion.
