Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.

• Draft, review, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Provide updates to study team members regarding the status of contract negotiations and executions.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Assist in the maintenance and archiving of contract files and databases.

• Help design and implement procedures for timely execution of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective actions.

• Perform other assigned duties as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably a 4-year college degree.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

• Experience in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in law, scientific disciplines, business administration, or a related field.

• Understanding of how to establish Contracting Plans and guidelines for CTA and budget negotiations.

• Experience managing relationships with study teams and/or CRAs/Start-up Associates/(S)BSCAs to adhere to study timelines.

• Proficient in MS Office software programs and various computer applications.

• Strong organizational skills and effective written communication abilities.

• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
