This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.
β’ Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor legal agreements, which include confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
β’ Review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and various client contracts.
β’ Collaborate with supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to address or escalate contractual issues.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
β’ Keep study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and execution.
β’ Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.
β’ Assist in the maintenance and archiving of contract files and databases.
β’ Support the design and implementation of policies and procedures for the timely execution of contracts.
β’ Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective measures.
β’ Execute other assigned tasks as necessary.
β’ Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably a 4-year college degree.
β’ Experience within a CRO or healthcare setting.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.
β’ Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
β’ Proficient in MS Office software programs and various computer applications.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Knowledgeable about setting up Contracting Plans, including Guides for CTA and Budget negotiations.
β’ Successfully managed relationships with study teams and/or CRAs/Start-up Associates/(S)BSCAs to meet study timelines.
β’ Strong organizational and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
β’ Capable of executing time-sensitive tasks accurately while paying attention to detail.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
β’ Professionalism, sound business judgment, and a proactive, independent work style.
β’ Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
