Site Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Collaborate with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders to resolve or escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep study team members informed about the status of contract negotiation and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Support the maintenance and archiving of contract files and databases.

• Assist in designing and implementing procedures for the timely execution of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and take corrective actions as needed.

• Work closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables align with study timelines.

• Carry out other assigned tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate with a 4-year college degree.

• Experience in a CRO or healthcare field.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Site Budget negotiations.

• Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

• Proficient in MS Office software programs and other computer applications.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Capability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or an equivalent degree.

• Preferred: Familiarity with establishing Contracting Plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations.

• Preferred: Successful experience in relationship management with study teams and/or CRAs/Start-up Associates/(S)BSCAs to meet study timelines.
