Site Contracts Associate I/II – Italian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Prepare and negotiate clinical study agreements, service contracts, team member agreements, and associated documents.

• Analyze site feedback within local legal and business contexts to inform internal stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, local regulations, and internal protocols.

• Serve as the central communication point between internal teams, site personnel, and external collaborators.

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initial draft to final signature and storage.

• Cultivate relationships with clinical trial sites and internal parties.

• Proactively identify risks and collaborate with the Site Contract Lead to address them.

• Monitor progress in real-time and keep teams updated.

• Promote process enhancements to streamline contracting, making it quicker, clearer, and more efficient.

• Facilitate clinical trials by ensuring agreements are clear, compliant, and timely.

• Proficiency in Italian, Serbian, and English.

• Strong skills in negotiation and diplomacy.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Capability to work confidently within a virtual, global team.

• Composure under pressure and a polished, professional demeanor.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business, social sciences, or a related field.

• No prior industry experience is required for Level I.

• Level II requires experience in Life Sciences.

• Must reside in Serbia.

• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, local laws, and internal guidelines.
