Site Contracts Associate I/II, Additional Languages Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Prepare and negotiate clinical study agreements, service agreements, team member agreements, and associated documents.

• Analyze site feedback within local legal and business contexts to inform internal decision-makers.

• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, local regulations, and internal policies.

• Serve as the communication central point among internal teams, site personnel, and external partners.

• Oversee the complete contract lifecycle from initial draft to final signature and documentation.

• Foster relationships with clinical trial sites and internal stakeholders.

• Proactively identify risks and work alongside the Site Contract Lead to address them.

• Monitor progress in real-time and keep teams updated.

• Promote process enhancements to streamline contracting, making it quicker, clearer, and more efficient.

• Proficiency in English, Polish, and any additional language.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong negotiation capabilities.

• Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in a virtual, global team environment.

• Composed under pressure with a polished, professional demeanor.

• Keen attention to detail and dedication to quality.

• Solid command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, business, social sciences, or a related discipline.

• No prior industry experience necessary for Level I positions.

• Level II requires experience in the Life Sciences sector.
