Site Contracts Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate agreements for clinical studies, service provision, team member collaborations, and related documentation.

• Analyze site feedback within local legal and business contexts to inform internal decision-makers.

• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP standards, local regulations, and internal protocols.

• Serve as the central communication link among internal teams, site personnel, and external collaborators.

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initial draft through to final signature and storage.

• Cultivate relationships with clinical trial sites and internal stakeholders.

• Proactively identify risks and work in conjunction with the Site Contract Lead to mitigate them.

• Monitor progress in real-time and keep teams updated.

• Promote process enhancements to streamline contracting, making it quicker, clearer, and more efficient.

• Proficiency in Italian, Serbian, and English.

• Excellent negotiation capabilities and diplomatic skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

• Ability to work confidently within a virtual, global team setting.

• Composure under pressure and a polished, professional demeanor.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, business, social sciences, or a related discipline.

• No previous industry experience necessary for Level I positions.

• Level II positions require experience in Life Sciences.
