πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements across diverse locations.

β€’ Establish contracting strategies for designated projects.

β€’ Oversee site contracting from the development of site contracting strategies to the execution of contracts.

β€’ Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations study teams.

β€’ Ensure that deliverables are in line with established study timelines.

β€’ Serve as a client-facing representative throughout the site contracting process.

β€’ Lead communications with Study Teams and Sponsors.

β€’ Cultivate, maintain, and enhance relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

β€’ Address sensitive issues with the utmost discretion.

β€’ Execute time-sensitive tasks while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Significant relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts.

β€’ Experience in managing, controlling, and tracking contract processes within the APAC region.

β€’ Strong negotiation skills related to site budgets.

β€’ Essential experience in a CRO, life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.

β€’ Experience in interacting with global institutions, particularly those in the APAC region.

β€’ Excellent organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

β€’ Graduate, postgraduate, or a 4-year college degree.

β€’ Equivalent experience, ideally in a legal, scientific, or healthcare field.

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations.

β€’ Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.

β€’ Proficiency in establishing contracting plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations.

β€’ Proficiency in managing relationships with study teams, sites, and sponsors.

β€’ Proficiency in MS Office software programs and other computer applications.

β€’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting.

β€’ Willingness to undertake some domestic and occasional international travel, including overnight stays.
