This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +1 more country.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, amendment agreements, and various other legal contracts.
• Establish contracting strategies for designated projects.
• Oversee site contracting from the development of the contracting strategy to contract execution.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations study teams.
• Ensure that deliverables are in line with established study timelines.
• Engage in site contracting processes as a representative for clients.
• Lead communications with Study Teams and Sponsors.
• Manage, control, and monitor contract processes throughout the APAC region.
• Function independently and cooperatively in a virtual setting.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance both internal and external relationships.
• Address time-sensitive issues while ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Occasionally travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
• This position does not entail line management responsibilities.
• Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts within the APAC region.
• Strong experience in site budget negotiations.
• Background within CRO, life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries is crucial.
• Experience in engaging with global institutions, particularly those in the APAC region.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or a four-year college degree.
• Equivalent experience preferably in a legal, scientific, or healthcare field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations.
• Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
• Competence in establishing contracting plans and guidelines for CTA and budget negotiations.
• Skillful in managing relationships with study teams, sites, and sponsors.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and computer software.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Capability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
• Regular full-time employment status.
• Remote work arrangement available in Singapore or Taiwan.
• Occasional domestic and international travel, which may include overnight stays.
