📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to uncover risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and responsibilities.

• Keep precise and organized contract records, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Aid in the formulation and execution of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

• Operate independently while also mentoring or guiding colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Prior experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• Solid understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret intricate contractual provisions and recognize potential issues or opportunities.

• Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
